Job Description:
Registered Nurses perform general nursing duties including:
• Assessment
• Documentation
• Patient interventions
• Case management
• Medical administration
• Review of doctors' orders
• Arranging for lab protocols
• May lead/direct the work of other nurses and/or paraprofessional staff
Starting Pay Rate: Starting pay rate of $51.336/hour plus additional $3/hour facility differential pay plus shift differential pay available to new hires.
Work Schedule: Full-time position available working a rotating schedule of 8 hour and 12 hours shifts on both 1st shift (7am - 3pm) and 2nd shift (3pm - 11pm), working every 3rd weekend.
Requirements/ Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Nebraska or authority based on the Nurse Licensure Compact to practice as a registered nurse in Nebraska.
Other: Consideration will be given to applicants who will receive a degree / license within 90 days of application date. Candidates must obtain licensure prior to employment. Valid driver's license or the ability to provide independent authorized transportation.
Ability to: be flexible and adapt to rapidly changing situations. Maintain professional boundaries and therapeutic working relationships. Work and function as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team.
