IS Senior Consultant – Annual Planning & Special Projects
We are seeking results-driven Senior Consultant to drive the annual enterprise-wide initiative planning process, including budget forecasting and authorized position management. Additionally, this role is responsible for leading special projects for the Office of the CTO. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business units and IS, managing cross-functional processes and programs that support business transformation and long-term planning.
KWhat you’ll do:
- Lead strategic and tactical planning sessions with IS and business units.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support project direction and decision-making.
- Document strategy meetings and align business and technology roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Finance on capital planning and depreciation schedules for major initiatives annually.
- Manage project schedules, vendors, and internal coordination efforts.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Maintain Position Management tools and data; reconcile discrepancies across systems.
- Facilitate the annual planning process and reporting cycles.
- Oversee external cost estimating processes and report outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to project methodology standards and tools.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years in managing IS programs and projects.
- 6+ years of technology consulting and/or business development.
- Strong understanding of business strategy and industry trends.
- Advanced analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Certifications
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- PMI-Agile, Scrum, or related certifications.
- Other relevant technology or process certifications.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$117,600.00 - $156,400.00
Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
