We’re hiring a strategic, cross-functional thinker who thrives at the intersection of marketing, technology, and process improvement. This role blends analysis, marketing intuition, and emerging tech, especially AI tools and automation, to help us test, scale, and streamline our marketing efforts.
You’ll help define what we test, which tools we use, how we execute more efficiently, and how we learn from results.
This role requires a clear and effective communicator who can collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including Big Data, Web Development, Product, Marketing, and Sales, as well as external partners. The ideal candidate has a solid background in digital marketing, business strategy, or project management/coordination, and is adept at presenting well-considered recommendations to internal stakeholders and external agency partners. You should also be quick to learn new tools and processes and bring a continuous improvement mindset to our marketing operations.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$97,200.00 - $129,300.00Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
