Job Description
The individual hired for this position will serve as Program Manager (PM) to support programmatic initiatives associated with the Cal’s Angels Advanced Leukemia Clinical and Research Program at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, including 1) coordination of activities for the program including, but not limited to, program meetings and events including development of interdisciplinary colloquium; 2) annual call for research proposals and management of reporting from proposal awardees, 3) oversight of current and future quality and process improvement initiatives developed by program leadership, such as coordination of QI projects (i.e. establishing project charters, timelines and metrics); 4) implementation of community outreach and advocacy efforts that benefit patients living with Leukemia; 5) partner with leaders to increase visibility of the program, including working with the Marketing team to maintain website and advertising and development team to collaborate with program donors, and 6) prepare and disseminate quarterly reports for program donors. The Program Manager will work closely with program leaders to build and grow the Cal’s Angels Advanced Leukemia and Research Program through developing and nurturing partnerships with referring providers and external physicians participating in the program’s tumor board.

Pay Range
$70,720.00-$115,627.20 SalaryAt Lurie Children’s, we are committed to competitive and fair compensation aligned with market rates and internal equity, reflecting individual contributions, experience, and expertise. The pay range for this job indicates minimum and maximum targets for the position. Ranges are regularly reviewed to stay aligned with market conditions.
