This position is contingent upon contract award. We are currently pursuing a proposal and are seeking qualified candidates to include in our submission and identify candidates for future hiring needs on the program once awarded.

  • Core Knowledge & Skills: Operates independently or as a team lead, selects appropriate persistence technologies (e.g., EF, Dapper), defines source control strategies, and designs subsystem infrastructure.

  • Work & Complexity: Tackles complex problems with thorough analysis, manages cross-functional delivery, and improves system reliability and scalability.

  • Quality & Independence: Consistently meets deadlines even under challenging conditions, enforces standards through detailed reviews, and establishes productivity benchmarks for the team.

  • Teamwork & Communication: Provides functional leadership by setting objectives, organizing resources, resolving conflicts, and engaging confidently with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Consulting & Engagement: Troubleshoots advanced client issues, supports requirements gathering, and contributes to vendor presentations or proposal activities.


As your initial project assignment, you will support the unique needs of our client as a Lead FullStack Developer.



Project Summary

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies and modern front-end frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable web applications (C#, REST APIs. SQL, Docker containerization), working across the full software development lifecycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, cloud-based web applications using .NET technologies

  • Design and implement robust and secure RESTful that expose model outputs and integrate with other systems

  • Translate complex business and technical requirements into well‑structured application designs and technical specifications.

  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define solution direction, with particular focus on system integrations and extensibility.

  • Ensure high code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and performance considerations.

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and effective manner.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing knowledge, experimenting with new approaches, and supporting other developers within an Agile team environment.

  • Follow best practices in OOP, OOD, and design patterns

  • Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization

  • Write clear and concise technical documentation and specifications

  • Ensure application quality through testing and debugging

Required For This Opportunity

  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), OOD, and design patterns

  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, .NET Core

  • Hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 and modern fronted/backend integration patterns

  • Experience in building and consuming scalable RESTful APIs, including authentication using OAuth or OpenID Connect

  • Experience with modern databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL – SQL/T-SQL preferred)

  • Experience with Docker containerization, including container definition, deployment, and testing.

  • Strong experience writing unit and integration tests and building highly tested, reliable systems.

  • Ability to participate effectively in peer code reviews, both giving and receiving constructive feedback.

  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in fast‑moving, cross‑functional teams.

  • Demonstrated commitment to delivery, ownership, and producing maintainable, evolvable solutions.

  • Strong desire to learn, adapt, and apply technology pragmatically to deliver real business value.

Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience designing systems that are maintainable, extensible, and production‑ready.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum, CI/CD pipelines, API management, performance monitoring.

  • Exposure to event‑driven architectures.
