The Boeing CompanyBCA Strategy is looking to hire a strategist to work features strategy. In product strategy we work on what improvements and features are needed to enhance Boeing's competitiveness in the market and continually improve the operation and functionality we offer to customers. In general, features strategy focuses on flight deck, cabin and system improvements and defining the requirements and business case for successful implementation on our airplane programs. We also look to the future for what technologies and drivers will shape what Boeing should be investing in and developing.
This includes defining capabilities for the next new airplane to be successful. Whether that be next gen connectivity or increased automation we strive to stay at the forefront of what is needed to enhance safety and competitiveness for pilots, airlines and passengers.
Successful candidates will be a self starter able to learn about technologies and features markets. They will be adept at understanding product forecasting and financial analysis. Experience with airplane avionics and airline flight operations beneficial. Candidate must be willing to work across stakeholders and bringing differing viewpoints together for successful implementation.
