The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) seeks an experienced Senior Product Specialist to join our team in North Charleston, SC; Everett, WA; Seattle, WA, or Tukwila, WA.
This position is aligned within the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Product Lifecycle Management product and will support the Spirit Aerosystems Integration for the Engineering IT Workstream. This is an exciting, dynamic fast-paced position and successful candidates must have the ability to research processes, applications, systems and data to identify functional requirements for application and system design.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead design discussions on application solutions then present to technology leaders and business management
Provide leadership around technical solutions and collaborating with other technologists on creating cross-domain solutions.
Create and maintain system consolidation and go-forward roadmaps with alignment to Engineering Systems
Initiate, define, analyze, and prioritize enterprise system requirements to support long-range business objectives
Maintain a detailed knowledge of capability requirements and expectations across application portfolio
Own the team roadmap and deliverables: plan work, prioritize backlog, and ensure on‑time delivery of milestones and capabilities
Partner with Product Families, Infrastructure & Operations, and Security to collect requirements, define acceptance criteria, and set realistic timelines
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years’ experience with major enterprise application development, implementation & adoption
5+ years’ experience do you have influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and partnerships across functions
4+ years’ experience in a product management specialist area or related field
Experience with Agile delivery at team and multi‑team levels and coaching teams on Lean and user‑centered practices
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or STEM related technical field
4+ years of experience leading teams in the values, principles and practices of Agile Methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
4+ years’ experience involved in gathering requirements
Experience of broad-based computing system architecture experience
Experience in managing product backlog, writing user stories, and managing releases
Technical degree combined with Masters in Business Administration
Experience in exercising system level analysis skills
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present status, risks, and tradeoffs to technical and non‑technical leaders

Summary Pay Range: $129,200 – $187,450
