Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Global Capture Senior Manager to join our Northeast/Southeast Asia (NESEA) team in Berkeley or Hazelwood, MO, Mesa, AZ, Ridley Park, PA, or Arlington, VA

This position focuses on growing business, increasing market share, entering new markets, and strengthening customer relationships. This role contributes to capture and opportunity development activities, supports strategic partnership building, and helps coordinate cross-functional capture execution for regional and selected global pursuits.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support capture planning and opportunity development for target pursuits, including market analysis, customer engagement, and capture roadmaps.
  • Assist in developing differentiated solution concepts and partner/supplier strategies to meet localization and industrial participation requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, services, finance, legal, supply chain) to advance captures and proposal readiness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, customers, and government representatives.
  • Participate in industry and trade events to represent Boeing and gather market/customer intelligence.
  • Maintain awareness of geopolitical and regional procurement environments that affect opportunities.
  • Develop, mentor, and support NESEA and broader Global Capture team
  • Apply risk assessment and mitigation approaches to capture activities; track progress against milestones and metrics.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years’ experience in any of the following disciplines in the defense, aerospace, or government services sectors: Business Development, Capture Management, Strategy, Program Management, Contracts/Estimating/Finance
  • Experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
  • Experience working with multiple internal or external stakeholders (i.e. business partner, customer, Finance, etc.) in planning and executing projects
  • Familiarity with Integrated Business Acquisition Process (IBAP) and Enterprise Standard Gated Process (ESGP)
  • Experience working in an international portfolio
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally ~30% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Business Development/Capture experience in product support including pipeline development and leading capture
  • Experience communicating with senior Government representatives (US and international)

Summary pay range: $165,750 - $240,350
