Experienced Product Support Integration Specialist

The Boeing Company is seeking an Experienced Integrated Support Planning and Management Specialist for the B-52 Radar Modernization Program (RMP).

This role focuses on the Boeing Global Services Product Support Organization, where the successful candidate will lead cross-functional Integrated Product Support (IPS) IPTs, manage key elements of the integrated support program, and act as a single point of contact to the Program Manager.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads and executes significant elements of the integrated support program activities for an established program to include support system analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training maintenance/modifications, support equipment and facilities

  • Leads plans and schedules development and supports trade studies for support programs for multiple platforms and systems

  • Coordinates engineering change proposals and baseline support concepts and challenges inconsistencies for clarification

  • Establishes leads and executes test plans and validates support requirements for product design

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years supporting in-service military aircraft or modification programs

  • 3+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams

  • Product Support/Logistics Integration experience

  • Previous experience working within a fast-paced team environment which required strong communication skills to frequently interact with Program Leadership, internal and external customer representatives and development teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with military commercial derivatives, specifically bombers platform

  • Experience engaging with Military Customers

  • Cost Account Manager (CAM) experience

  • Experience working with a diverse group of people and demonstrating you will listen, seek feedback, and respond, appropriately, urgently, and respectfully

Summary pay range: $87,550 - $118,450
