The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is looking for an Experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Seattle, WA.
The successful candidate will support Boeing Test & Evaluation executives by managing calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel and expenses reports; prioritizes meetings to support the rhythm of business; tracks and maintains conference room schedules; ensures office supplies are on-hand for use by the organization; acts as a focal for ordering and collecting new computers and phones for the organization; tracks office area desk assignments; and other responsibilities to support the group.
Position Responsibilities:
Prioritizes and schedules executives time and availability for efficient use of time, manages day-to-day calendar activities
Supports travel actions by:
Coordinates and processes domestic and international business travel arrangements
Monitors designated business traveler's logistics
Generates expense reports and assists in reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement and verifies payments to corporate credit cards
Tracks and maintains information relative to department and business operations
Verbally communicates a wide variety of information to multiple audiences
Processes incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information
Tracks and maintains designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resources
Coordinates with the appropriate focal(s) to support the acquisition and maintenance of resources
Orders and maintains office supplies
Works under limited supervision
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
3+ years’ experience making domestic and/or international travel arrangements and generating expense reports
3+ years’ experience supporting calendars, travel and meetings for higher level management
3+ years’ experience composing and editing documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years’ experience in a role which required strong interpersonal and communication skills
