The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 5) to support the Manufacturing Compliance Team based out of Everett or Renton, WA.
This role is essential for driving excellence in our manufacturing processes. Ideal candidates will align with Boeing’s Values and Behaviors, possess a solid understanding of requirements and be prepared to lead cross functional and Enterprise level activities. You will have a role in evolving the Safety Management System at Boeing and join a growing team to innovate and improve manufacturing compliance across BCA. Position Responsibilities:
Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers
Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
Analyzes and interprets data
Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk
Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives
Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
Working with all BCA Factory, Fabrication, and Field programs on compliance plans
Analyze data to interpret trends and utilize predictive analysis to aid programs in implementing countermeasures to control FOD and improve tool control
Lead workshops that will provide innovative ideas to aid in the elimination of FOD and improve tool control
Perform assessments on all BCA programs to ensure compliance to our enterprise standards
Partner with BCA programs and work with them to aid in developing executable get to green plans for FOD and tool control
Works under general/minimal direction
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
10+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment
10+ years of project management experience
10+ years of experience using LEAN Manufacturing and/or continuous improvement practices and tools in the workplace
10+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers, and multiple levels of leadership including executives
10+ years of experience using Microsoft Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Able to travel up to 10% of the time domestically
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, WA or Renton, WA.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience analyzing and presenting data and influencing executive leadership and high-level, cross-functional teams
Experience with coaching, guiding teams including executive leaders
Experience in a role that requires effective interpersonal communication skills that supports collaboration of team members
Experience with Quality Management Systems, requirements management and/or One Boeing Production System (One BPS)
Shift:
Successful candidates will work the 1st shift but should expect to work flexible hours as appropriate to business needs.

Summary Pay Range: $145,350 - $196,650
