Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Fulfillment SAP Manager to join our Supply Chain Fulfillment Integration (Fabrication) team in Auburn, Washington.

The Fulfillment Senior Manager will lead a team supporting BCA Fabrication SAP development and execution, working across the impacted Fabrication business units along with the direct core team.

This role requires partnership with Leaders across Fabrication functions and BCA stakeholders. A successful candidate will lead a team of subject matter experts responsible to requirements gathering, decisions enabling business system transformation, and detailed implementation planning. This leader is critical for ensuring the Fabrication stakeholders are brought along through the SAP journey, with robust planning for implementation.

Our team is currently hiring Level L Fulfillment SAP Manager.

Position Responsibilities:   

  • Lead the Fabrication SAP Core team
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to execute project plans across Explore, Realize – Build, Realize – Test, and Cutover Phase
  • Provides oversight and approval of changes based on scope and impact
  • Provides strategic recommendations to SAP Executive Steering Team for SAP enhancements
  • Develops Fabrication readiness plans to ensure successful execution
  • Ensures solid cutover plans in place for deployment
  • Leads complex technical initiatives with a focus on process improvement
  • Manages, develops and motivates employees

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • 7+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
  • 5+ years of experience analyzing and applying metrics to enable key business decisions and process improvement
  • 5+ years of experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and partnerships across functions

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree
  • Experience in managing site readiness plans and ensuring successful execution
  • Proficiency in developing and executing cutover plans
  • Experience in leading teams
  • Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and expectations
  • Experience in leading complex technical initiatives
  • A track record of continuous process improvement
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on innovative solutions
