Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an experienced Director to lead and grow the sustainment portfolio for Qatar, Kuwait and Egypt. Based in Berkeley, MO, this leader will manage a multi-platform, multi-contract portfolio that delivers long-term, sole-source sustainment solutions and captures new, high-growth campaigns across the region.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage Middle East sustainment portfolio: program execution, customer relationships, issue resolution, P/L and growth.

  • Define regional strategy and lead its implementation.

  • Oversee multiple platforms and contracts through a team of program managers.

  • Navigate a complex matrix to ensure contractual compliance and on‑time delivery.

  • Maintain frequent engagement with internal teams, USG/end‑user customers, and suppliers.

  • Own P/L for Qatar, Kuwait and Egypt (annual responsibility typically $300M–$500M).

  • Lead capture and execution of growth programs through 2032 (including KC‑46 campaigns and other platform opportunities).

  • Focus on fixed‑wing aircraft and Apaches; support potential F/A‑18 work.

  • Coordinate in‑country execution, local partners, and subcontractors to deliver sustainment and modifications.

  • Provide leadership, succession planning, and talent development for the regional team.

  • Apply deep expertise in program management, aircraft sustainment, contracting, and supply chain to drive results.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with internal and external customers

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with schedule and budget management, development and integration of go to market strategies, customer communication and engagement experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with Senior Leaders/Executives to establish and execute on strategic plans and objectives

  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams to execute to safety, quality, delivery & cost commitments/targets

  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions or initiatives

  • Demonstrate and models Boeing's Values and Behaviors

Summary pay range: $200,000 - $280,000
