The Boeing Company’s Finance Human Resources (HR) Leadership Team is currently seeking a Human Resources Senior Manager to join their team in Berkley, MO, Seattle, WA, Renton, WA, or Everett, WA.

As a trusted advisor to the Finance Leadership Team, you will drive HR Functional Excellence by collaborating with stakeholders to:

  • Develop and implement an innovative talent strategy and optimize organizational design

  • Drive cultural transformation

  • Cultivate and develop future talent and leadership within the Finance Function 


Position Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement HR programs that improve engagement, retention, and performance — from strategy through execution

  • Serve as an HR knowledge expert, consultant, and strategic advisor, driving HR goals from a consistent, enterprise-wide perspective

  • Participate as a member of the Boeing Global and Corporate HR Leadership Team and understand their business priorities, applying this knowledge to propose effective HR solutions

  • Plan workforce needs to ensure the right talent and skills are in place for success, overseeing HR support across business and functional areas for smooth operations

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR issues, building strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership

  • Use influencing skills to align and promote key HR initiatives, ensuring consistency with company policies in collaboration with the broader HR team

  • Lead, develop, and motivate a high performing team of Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) to deliver innovative solutions that meet evolving business needs

  • Use people data and insights to diagnose issues, prioritize solutions, and measure the impact of change

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, as well as interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to leadership

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources

  • 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes

  • 5+ years of experience partnering and strategizing HR initiatives with senior business leaders

  • 5+ years of experience preparing and presenting to executives and senior leaders

  • 3+ years of experience leading direct reports

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher and/or Human Resources Certification

  • 5+ years of experience as a HR Generalist/HRBP partnering with executives

  • 5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions

  • Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries

  • Experience in cross-functional leadership, collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $182,750 - $264,500
