As a Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) IT Business Partner for Product Development, you will represent the entire Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) organization while integrating IDT&S disciplines, products and services to enable Product Development & Wisk. Position Responsibilities:
Collaborate directly with Product Development stakeholders, to understand problems or initiatives, and represent the business or function within IT to engage the right resources, explore alternatives and help deploy the right solution with first time quality
Partner with IDT&S functions, business success leaders, and Product leaders to ensure continuous alignment with enterprise and business unit priorities and key business outcomes
Provide input and lessons learned on IT processes, procedures, tools and techniques, and ensure alignment to quality management solutions for the business or function
Ensure performance to plan across key strategies and transformation initiative and maintain senior executive level communications regarding priorities and value delivery
Develop and execute integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guide the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
Leader within Boeing, actively demonstrate Seek, Speak, and Listen habits to strengthen organizational culture and remove roadblocks
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience working on teams and projects that involve cross-functional and/or cross-business domains with executive interface
3+ years of experience developing and executing comprehensive IT roadmaps
3+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher
PMP certification
Experience interacting with mechanics and functions such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, etc.
Experience working on complex projects with large teams to execute requirements that includes engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and quality
Experience Project and Product Management
Experience dealing with a variety of users, from mechanics and techs to Vice Presidents of Programs and manufacturing
Experience putting key initiatives into operation that have produced significant productivity and efficiency gains for an organization or program

Summary pay range Level 4: $128,350 – $173,650
Summary pay range Level 5: $158,950 – $215,050
