This is the role and main tasks
The Team Lead, EMEA & APJ Sales Development Representatives at Stibo Systems is not your typical role. The team we are building is not only responsible for qualifying leads and building pipeline, but also much more than that. The Team
You will have close contact with your Sales and Field Marketing partners to support your daily work and future development. This position reports to the Global VP of Demand Generation and includes managing a team of six highly motivated SDRs located in Germany (2), the UK (2), France (1), and Australia (1). You will be based in one of our offices a minimum of one day per week.
You will focus on supporting the growth of our team members while driving the science behind the SDR function in partnership with your peer team lead in NA & LATAM.
