Patient Experience Activities:
o    Assist patients with navigation within the facility.
o    Help patients enroll in MyChart and provide support for its use.
o    Make reminder calls to patients about upcoming appointments.
o    Greet patients and visitors, providing a friendly and helpful presence.

Data Entry:
o    Enter data into spreadsheets and databases accurately and efficiently.

Other Clerical/Administrative Duties as Assigned:
o    Perform additional tasks as needed to support the administrative team.
