To increase breastfeeding awareness among prenatal participants.  To support WIC participants  shortly after delivery.  Attend BF Health Fairs and Conferences. Assist QN with Facilitative Group Education Classes/ Follow-up calls to prenatal participants.
To notify Breastfeeding Peer Counselors about lactating woman's needs and concerns, as a result, Peer Counselors will then provide Peer-to- Peer support and BF referrals as needed. To notify WIC lactating participants of BF community resources.  MMG Staff To address or notify patient issues/ concerns.  Referral based for continuum of care.
