We will look to you to motivate and lead our adoption team at both locations to deliver an excellent customer experience to those looking to adopt. You’ll be responsible for organizing, planning, assisting, and coordinating your team to provide optimal experiences for both animals and people. This position requires the employee to be in the office and customer-facing for all hours worked.

Must be flexible and able to work all shifts, which include starting as early as 5 am and finishing as late as 8 pm, two weekly closing shifts, working weekends and holidays, determined by the needs of the Department.
