Position Summary:
Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art seeks a full time Lead Museum Educator for Arts in Medicine and Wellness to join the Learning and Engagement department. This role supports the implementation and delivery of wellness focused, arts-based programs across clinical, educational, and community contexts.
The Lead Museum Educator carries primary responsibility for structured gallery teaching within the Arts in Medicine curriculum, particularly with the Alice L. Walton School of Medicine. The role also provides operational coordination and facilitation support for hospital partnerships, Artists in Residence engagements, and revenue generating Art and Wellness programs.
This is a teaching intensive role grounded in disciplined facilitation, preparation, and execution. It complements strategic leadership positions by ensuring consistent, high quality program delivery across medical, clinical, and public environments.
