Position Summary
The Financial Operations Analyst acts as business partner to the Ryan Specialty Operations Management Team. The individual will provide strategic planning, reporting, and analytical support and will be a key contributor to understanding and communicating financial performance across the organization.What will your job entail?
Job Responsibilities:
• Conducting financial analysis and data-mining to develop KPIs to measure financial and operational performance to assist business planning and improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Providing analysis and financial support to the Operations and Corporate leadership team.
• Financial planning, modeling, and detailed analysis that drive managerial decisions and provide transparency on past and future performance.
• Responsible for weekly, monthly, annual, as well as ad hoc operational and cost performance reporting for assigned areas.
• Support analysis of data as well as development/refinement of financial models related to continuous improvement initiatives and internal growth.
• Lead project management for annual audits, SEC filings, and regulatory requirements.
• Train and support finance teams in adopting new processes and technologies.
Work Experience and Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Analysis, Accounting, Management, Business or other related/allied discipline
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a wide range of financial disciplines (AP, AR, Financial reporting, regulatory reporting, audit, risk, etc.).
Licenses & Certifications:
• Chartered Financial Analyst certification a plus.

The target salary range for this position is $56,000.00 - $70,000.00 annually.The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
