Graham Healthcare Group is seeking an IT Support Specialist who will setup new equipment for deployment, including Samsung phones and tablets and Windows-based laptops. This person will also wipe returned equipment in preparation for retirement or redeployment. They will ensure our inventory database is updated. Familiarity of remote management tools is a plus.

IT Support Specialist Responsibilities:

• Setup and image devices for deployment

• Process equipment returns

• Prepare outdated equipment for disposal

• Run diagnostics and evaluate equipment for deployment/redeployment

• Work with vendors regarding equipment repairs

• Keep inventory up-to-date

• Setup and ship replacement equipment for remote workers

• Liaison between multiple IT teams

IT Support Specialist Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent organizational skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Must be a team player

• Must take initiative to learn, understand process/workflow

IT Support Specialist Experience:

• Experience with Windows 10 and mobile devices

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

• This is an entry-level position
