Overview
We’re looking for a hardworking Bridge Laborer to join our bridge and structures crews on heavy civil construction projects. This role supports bridge construction, repair, and rehabilitation work and is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, working outdoors, and being part of a team that builds critical infrastructure.
What You’ll Do
- Assist bridge crews with day‑to‑day construction activities, including demolition, formwork, concrete placement, and general labor tasks
- Perform material handling, site cleanup, and tool/equipment setup to keep work areas safe and efficient
- Support concrete pours, finishing operations, and bridge deck or structural repair work
- Follow all safety policies and job site procedures
- Work closely with foremen, operators, and other crew members to meet daily production goals
- Perform other duties as assigned related to bridge construction and maintenance
What We’re Looking For
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred (bridge, concrete, or heavy civil experience is a plus, but not required)
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Commitment to job site safety
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to meet the demands of a physical, active work environment with or without reasonable accommodation
- OSHA 10 preferred (or willingness to obtain after hire)

Work Environment
This position involves outdoor construction work on active bridge and roadway job sites. Safety is a top priority, and proper training and equipment are provided.
