Key Responsibilities:

●      End-to-End Project Oversight: Lead and manage the entire Program lifecycle, from initial planning through daily onsite execution, as well as post-season evaluation and settlement.

●      Budget Management: Develop and maintain program budgets, regularly updating them based on current and forecasted sales. Provide regular and accurate budget updates to partners and stakeholders.

●      Program Advancement: Ensure all program elements are advanced appropriately, coordinating with appropriate vendors and internal teams to guarantee smooth execution.

●      Partner Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with partners and stakeholders, addressing their needs, providing regular updates, and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.

●      Staffing Plans: Work with the Staffing Department to create staffing plans to cover all program roles within budget and state labor requirements.

●      Vendor Contracts: Execute vendor contracts to secure necessary services for the program.

●      Onsite Execution: Oversee the on-site execution of the event, coordinating with various teams to manage logistics, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience for attendees.

●      Accounting and Settlement: Collaborate with the Accounting team to provide accurate and timely settlement information that reflects revenue, expenses, and the appropriate financial transactions with partners.

●      Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges throughout the program lifecycle, developing strategies to mitigate these risks and maintain program timelines and quality.

●      Communication: Maintain open and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status, changes, and critical decisions.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Hiring Rate Minimum:

$63,750 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum:

$85,000 annually
