The Role and What You’ll Do:

Support the needs of our growing in-house product development team by acting as the primary point of contact for our sports clients. You will onboard new licensees, act as a strategic extension of our clients’ team, manage the IMG approval system and maintain exceptional relationships across the board.

  • End-to-End Management: Support clients with licensee product submissions and approvals, from initial concept through to final production.

  • Primary Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for clients and licensees regarding all product and marketing-related approvals and queries.

  • Compliance Oversight: Monitor licensing agreements to ensure product submissions remain compliant across agreed territories, product categories and distribution channels. You will also ensure licensee manufacturers have necessary certification to produce officially licensed goods.

  • Critical Path Ownership: Manage licensee critical paths and launch dates, ensuring deadlines are met and products reach the market on schedule.

  • Data Integrity: Proactively maintain client and licensee product development trackers.

  • Onboarding & Training: Deliver approval system training to new licensees and onboard them with relevant ways-of-working and brand assets.

  • Cross-Sector Support: Provide ad-hoc support across fashion, lifestyle, and entertainment clients as needed.

  • Sales Enablement: Support the commercial team with updating the client sales decks and presentation materials to ensure they reflect the latest licensee activity, product launches and brand milestones.

You Have These

  • Meticulous Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for ensuring client trademarks, logos and creative direction is strictly adhered to by licensees.

  • Strong Organisational Skills: Exceptional administrative abilities with a proven track record of managing complex workflows.

  • Self-Starter Mentality: The ability to manage your own workload, prioritise tasks efficiently and take initiative without constant supervision.

  • Multitasking Prowess: Comfortable juggling a variety of fast-moving projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.

  • Relationship Building: A natural ability to build trust and maintain strong professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • Industry Experience: Prior experience working within a product development, design and/or licensing environment.

  • Presentation & Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to create and update compelling sales decks and visual assets. Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator) is not needed but would be advantageous.
