The centralized cost specialist is part of the center of excellence and supports various initiatives aimed at improving and standardizing category pricing in both Canada and the United States.

• Salary scale 005: $82,600 to $103,200 (The base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the position.)

 What this role entails:

• Develop and maintain standardized procedures for updating cost prices in Canada and the United States.

• Participate in onboarding new employees by providing training programs on systems and tools related to cost pricing.

• Design, optimize, and test cost pricing tools as well as new SAP functionalities.

• Ensure oversight of all consolidated CAN-USA presentations.

• Provide analytical support for category-based cost pricing in the context of ad hoc mandates.

• Support the Expenses category throughout the LEAP project.

• Collaborate with external auditors (Canada) on files related to cost pricing.

What you need to join our team:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically in cost analysis or manufacturing finance

• CPA designation, an asset

• Autonomy, curiosity, rigor, and ability to meet deadlines

• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams

• Excellent communication, simplification, and teamwork abilities

• Advanced proficiency in Excel

• Knowledge of SAP (an asset)

• Bilingual in English and French
