Main Responsibilities

Support end-to-end business data management: collect multi-source business data, conduct cleaning and processing, and derive actionable business intelligence/insights for decision-making. Undertake PMO-related work for key business initiatives: organize and consolidate project information, facilitate efficient communication among cross-functional project members, and track project timelines to ensure on-schedule delivery. Assist in aligning business strategies with core functions including Planning, Finance, and Commercial Teams; coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to guarantee accurate and timely execution of strategic objectives. Take ownership of routine business report consolidation: standardize report formats, verify data accuracy, and act as the key stakeholders with the global team for report submission, alignment, and feedback follow-up.

Skill/Experience Required

• 3-5 years of relevant inhouse work experience in brand business analysis, business intelligence, strategic planning, or PMO.
• Professional background in consulting firms or market research institutions (with experience in data analysis and business insight extraction) is a plus.
• Experience in the consumer goods industry or luxury industry (fashion, watch, and fine jewelry sectors) or fast fashion industry is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in data processing and analysis – advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTable, data modeling) and a strong analytical mindset to translate data into business insights is required.
• PMO capabilities – excellent information collection and integration skills, clear communication to convey key project messages, and ability to assist in timeline management and risk identification is required.
• English proficiency – business-level fluency in both written and spoken English (capable of communicating with global teams and drafting English reports) is preferred.
• Mid-High Priority: Presentation skills – advanced PowerPoint skills to create clear, logical, and visually professional business reports/presentations is preferred.
