Target Range:
$120,000.00/Yr. - $135,000.00/Yr.Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 15%Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 15%These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
About This Job
VP, Treasury Relationship Manager's primary goal is to acquire net new low-cost commercial deposits, while achieving profit and revenue targets within one of our specialized business lines. Plays a key role responsible for partnering, identifying, analyzing, selling treasury management products and services to new and established business customers and targeted prospective corporate clients or as self-sourced leads. The Treasury Relationship Manager acquires and skillfully develops new client relationships to support banks deposit and fee income growth goals. Works independently and uses initiative in carrying out assignments; requiring minimal guidance from the sales leader.Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience
5+ years' sales development and client relationship experience
Previous account analysis and cash/treasury management
Compliance & BSA knowledge
Working knowledge of computer and programs, including CRM & contact management software; Word, PowerPoint and Excel proficient
Acquire and expand existing and new business relationships, driven by strong relationship management and prospecting skills
Sound judgment and acute critical thinking skills that support independent discretion and decision-making ability (with guidance from supervisor)
Self-starter, accountable for performance and decision-making, work with little supervision
Quick, risk-based thinking within guidelines of bank policy
