RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist as needed in completing restaurant license applications and renewals
Assist the AP coordinators with invoice process
Provide high level of customer service to internal and external customers
Assist with vendor payment inquiries and email inquiries
Support the staff accountants with the monthly close process
Assist as needed in various projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Minimum: Pursuing a 4-year degree (preferably in Finance, Accounting, or other related programs of study)
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES:
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task effectively
Well-organized and a self-starter
