The Role

As the Show Quality Supervisor, you will own the consistent execution and expression of the creative vision of the Netflix Attractions team in two IP-driven Location-Based Experiences (LBEs) within Netflix House. You will be focused on both the performative and physical aspects of the attractions. This role blends artistic quality assurance with collaborative leadership, an eye for detail, the ability to navigate a live operations environment, and a passion for our Fan/Guest experience.

The Show Quality Supervisor will ensure that every element, from scenic environments and technical execution to talent performance, delivers on Netflix’s promise of immersive, story-driven excellence. You will be tasked with owning the high standards of show-quality in the multiple aspects of Netflix House, working with internal and external partners to ensure the physical sets and staff interaction remain top-tier. You will develop, refine, and model creative and operational standards through documentation and training. The ideal Show Quality Supervisor is someone who always drives for continuous improvement and has a passion for curating the best experience delivery possible.  

This on-site, salaried role reports to the General Manager and is based in King of Prussia, PA. 

What you will do: 

  • Oversee the creative execution of the experience rooms, ensuring physical sets, signage, props, costuming, audio, and crew member performance reflect the original creative vision.

  • Collaborate with the on-site Netflix House team, the corporate Netflix Experiences, and creative groups to maintain and evolve show quality standards.

  • Provide direction to internal and external maintenance teams to ensure upkeep of attractions maintains the overall creative vision.

  • Partner with operations management to coordinate and communicate show holds, cancellations, and contingency plans.

  • Partner with the operations team to staff the attractions roles, including onboarding, ongoing performance development of staff, and coaching crew members to deliver authentic and consistently excellent storytelling.

  • Lead rehearsals, training, and workshops as needed to maintain performance integrity, refresh timing and blocking, and implement creative or operational updates.

  • Support and reinforce all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) protocols to ensure the well-being of employees and fans/guests.

  • Assist crew members in identifying productive channels for issue resolution, including both administrative and show-related concerns, to foster a supportive and solutions-oriented environment.

  • Document and track show notes in established systems, identifying trends, monitoring creative consistency, and maintaining a historical record for ongoing improvement.

  • Maintain consistent communication with other Netflix Houses and the corporate creative team to provide learnings and help inform overall creative standards.

  • Promote and foster a mindset of continuous innovation for internal teams and external partners.

  • Oversee Wardrobe, including Uniform and Costume maintenance and distribution

What we need from you:

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment.

  • Demonstrated 5+ years in show quality, stage management, creative operations, or attraction supervision in a theater, attraction, location-based entertainment (LBE), or similar environment.

  • Deep understanding of stagecraft, attraction development, and ongoing show operations.

  • Skilled in running rehearsals, adjusting blocking, and reinforcing performance standards.

  • Strong knowledge of training & development strategies.

  • Experience managing indirect teams in an environment that embraces continual learning and change.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and digital.

  • Excellent leadership skills.

  • Strong desire to think outside the box and innovate.

  • Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays at a 365-day attraction.

 

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $94,000.00 - $131,000.00.
