The Sr. Analyst, Strategy is part of a small but mighty Strategy team within the Commercial Group (CG) at Inspire – which is home to Demand Generation, Strategy, Data and Analytics, and Digital Guest Experience. The role is best suited for a strategic athlete – someone who can think high-level across verticals while tactically diving in to execute and drive results. The Sr. Analyst will own all aspects of the Commercial OKR (Objectives & Key Results) process, support the broader OKR process at Inspire, and also support critical operations across the Commercial Group, including: ensuring alignment to strategic priorities, seamless execution of planning cycles, and delivery of high-quality materials that enable leadership decision-making.
* This position has an 80% in office requirement (4 days per week)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning Execution: Orchestrate end-to-end Inspire OKR process, including coordination of annual planning, quarterly updates, and leadership materials timing. Ensure seamless alignment between Commercial-level objectives and functional OKRs, and drive continuous improvement of processes/tools.
Strategic Project Support: Support transformational initiatives within the Commercial Group. Drive execution, project management, and alignment on efforts ranging from highly defined projects to initiatives without a current “home” that require structure and ownership.
Commercial Operations & Admin Enablement: Manage core operational deliverables (e.g., CG roster/org charts, Commercial All Teams, Hub management, and Inspire data tracker) in partnership with key cross-functional partners, including HR. Ensure leadership has access to accurate, timely, and well-curated information. Support slide development for Board materials as needed.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum: 4 yr degree
Minimum: 3+ yrs experience interacting with executive leadership and driving strategic project planning & experience in large, matrixed retail / restaurant / consumer-facing organizations preferred
