Job Description:
Alantra is seeking to hire an Investment Banking Vice President to join its Healthcare M&A and capital raising advisory practice in New York City. The ideal candidate will bring 6–8 years of relevant investment banking experience, strong execution skills, and a proven ability to originate and lead client engagements.
VPs at Alantra are entrusted with substantial responsibility in both deal execution and business development. They work directly with Managing Directors and Partners to manage transactions end-to-end, lead client interactions, and mentor junior professionals. The role requires a self-starter with the drive to contribute meaningfully to the growth of Alantra’s U.S. Healthcare platform, while also collaborating with colleagues across Alantra’s global network.
