The Patrol Supervisor will be an essential member of Woodward Park City's Health and Safety team, responsible for supporting daily operations and leading staff. Reporting to the Patrol Manager, this seasonal position plays a key role in developing a safety-driven culture across both indoor and outdoor activities. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, hands-on leader with a strong background in emergency care, risk management, and team development.

The Patrol Supervisor key responsibilities:
Support the Patrol Manager in day-to-day operations of the Health & Safety department.
Supervise, coach, and mentor patrol staff while fostering a positive, professional, and safety-first culture
Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling of staff
Lead and participate in emergency response across all activity zones (skiing, snowboarding, tubing, mountain biking, skateboarding, BMX, trampoline, parkour, airbags, etc.)
Lead lift evacuation training and be capable of executing aerial and surface lift evacuations
Conduct and support incident investigations; review incident reports and assist with accurate documentation and reporting
Maintain familiarity with Woodward operations, policies, and risk management strategies
Set a professional example and uphold The Woodward Way in all guest and team interactions
Cross-train in dispatch operations and assist as needed
Operate snowmobiles, UTVs, and other mountain vehicles for emergency response and patrol operations
Collaborate with other departments to support safe programming and events year-round
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Current Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or Outdoor Emergency Care (OEC) certification
CPR/BLS for Healthcare Providers or equivalent
Ski/snowboard and mountain bike proficiency (on varied terrain and in all conditions)
Comfortable working in outdoor, all-season environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent judgment under pressure and in emergency situations
Valid driver's license and ability to operate snowmobiles and 4x4 vehicles
Availability to work weekends, evenings, holidays
