As a Lodge Services Specialist, you’ll play a key role in keeping our lodges clean, safe, and welcoming. From maintaining entryways and restrooms to assisting with snow removal, you’ll ensure guests and staff enjoy a comfortable environment while bringing a positive, approachable attitude to every shift.

While every day is different and our roles may shift with business needs, here’s what you can expect as a Lodge Services Specialist:

What You’ll Do

  • Provide daily cleaning, shoveling, and servicing of the Boreal Main Lodge, Woodward Tahoe, and Soda Springs facilities.

  • Keep entryways, seating areas, indoor walkways, elevators, stairs, and restrooms clean, safe, and sanitary.

  • Be personable, approachable, and helpful with both guests and employees.

  • Safely lift and carry cleaning supplies, operate vacuums, mops, and brooms, and assist with snow removal.

  • Stay focused, hardworking, and dependable while maintaining a positive attitude.

What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to understand and follow instructions.

  • Comfort using cleaning tools and equipment correctly.

  • Willingness to work in cold weather conditions.

  • Physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance duties.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently when needed.
