POSITION OVERVIEW:

As an Account Executive, you’ll help us bring exceptional care and service to those who need it most by connecting patients to quality senior living services. You will educate providers and families, build referral relationships, coordinate admissions, and assess needs and barriers to care. This role combines relationship-building, clinical coordination, and sales strategy to improve patient outcomes. A few position highlights include:

  • Educate health care professionals, patients, and families about home care and senior living services.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key referral sources, such as hospitals, nursing homes and physician offices to generate leads.

  • Coordinates patient admissions with the team, including obtaining all required documentation to complete referral to admission process.

  • Track leads, document activity in CRM, meet admissions and account goals, attend community events, and respond to customer concerns.

THE MUST HAVES:

  • At least two (2) years of experience in a healthcare related business development or community outreach role. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

  • Self-motivated, organized and a passion to help are a must.

  • Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.

  • Must be able to reliably commute to multiple locations in the region assigned.
