Position: Home Health Aide (HHA)
The Home Health Aide (HHA) is a key member of our team, working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Therapist. In this role, you provide essential personal care services and monitor patients’ well‑being to support their comfort, safety, and independence at home.
Key Responsibilities
Provide hands‑on personal care, including:
Bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, shampoos
Skin and nail care
Dressing/undressing assistance
Toileting and incontinence care
Changing bed linens
Maintaining a clean and safe patient environment
Assist with ambulation, mobility, and prescribed exercises
Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals
Assist with feeding, if needed
Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) in accordance with competency and plan of care
Support patients with self‑administration of medications
Identify and report changes in condition to the supervising nurse
Use home care equipment safely and correctly
Qualifications
Active California Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license (required)
Minimum 1 year of patient care experience, ideally in a Home Health or Home Care setting
Valid driver's license and insured, reliable vehicle
Strong communication skills and a passion for compassionate, patient‑centered care

Pay Range: $20 - $28 per hour
