Title: Senior IT Operations Support Specialist
Key Accountabilities:
Provide IT support for internal users of Rolls-Royce Solutions America IT systems via phone, email, and other remote support utilities using all available tools and resources

Daily work is performed in an assembly facility. This position has a traditional work schedule (Monday – Friday) that requires 100% on-site presence. Will need to be flexible if asked to work an off shift.
