PHYSICAL THERAPIST - FULL TIME - Greentree Health and Rehabilitation - Clintonville, WI
Pay starting at: $50/HR (Based on Experience - New Grads welcome to apply!!
Now Hiring: Physical Therapist (PT) - Ability to create own schedule, variety of treating in-patient and out-patient, opportunities to become master clinicians, create a speciality, or move into leadership roles

What you'll Do:
- Provide High-quality Physical Therapy to residents to improve mobility, safety, and independence
- Develop Individualized treatment plans and measurable goals
- Collaborate closely with OT, SLP, Nursing, and the care team
- Educate Residents, Families, and staff on exercises, mobility strategies, and equipment
- Bring Positivity and encouragement to every therapy session
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- Experience in Long-term Care or geriatrics is a bonus!
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered Mindset
- Motivated, reliable, and ready to make a difference
