We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Project Manager to join the team in Indianapolis.
The LibertyWorks Technical Project Manager role is responsible for providing technical leadership to an extended, multi-functional integrated product team (IPT) and getting stuff done by removing barriers and exhibiting deep engagement in project efforts. This role has full accountability for the application of a systems approach to the realization of new technology solutions aligned with our Defense Initiatives. You will define, plan, monitor, control and deliver impactful change (including new solutions) to meet all agreed stakeholder requirements. This includes a heavy focus on planning and delivering verification programs to ensure that Rolls-Royce's technology products meet business, customer and regulatory requirements.
You will own key customer relationships and provide direct business value inputs for executing projects and complex proposals. Performing this role within LibertyWorks requires a highly motivated and committed individual with the ability to adapt and drive teams to accomplish stretch goals, advancing new technologies in novel ways and embracing new ways of working to yield impactful results.
