The Learning & Development Program Specialist plays a key role in designing, curating, and delivering impactful learning experiences across the organization. This role drives a culture of growth and development by leveraging technology, data insights, and strong stakeholder partnerships to build scalable, high-quality learning solutions.

What You’ll Do

Learning Strategy & Design

  • Develop and implement learning programs from concept to execution.

  • Align training initiatives with adult learning principles and business objectives.

  • Curate digital learning resources to support employee development.

Content Development & Facilitation

  • Create engaging training materials (job aids, videos, eLearning, assessments).

  • Facilitate workshops, team sessions, and behavioral assessments (DiSC, MBTI, Hogan).

  • Deliver training across multiple modalities: in-person, virtual, and vendor-led.

Leadership & Talent Development

  • Design and deliver leadership development programs and succession planning tools.

  • Support orientation and ongoing employee learning programs.

Stakeholder Engagement & Consultation

  • Partner with HRBPs, leaders, and SMEs to identify learning needs.

  • Provide consultation and training support for organizational change initiatives.

Technology & Learning Systems

  • Serve as the Workday Learning LMS Administrator.

  • Leverage learning technologies and authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.) to enhance engagement.

  • Track and measure program effectiveness, adoption, and ROI.

Vendor & Resource Management

  • Manage relationships with external training vendors and consultants.

  • Ensure third-party solutions align with organizational learning goals.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in learning & development, instructional design, or organizational development.

  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and facilitation techniques.

  • Hands-on experience with LMS administration (Workday Learning strongly preferred).

  • Skilled in eLearning development and use of authoring tools.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Ability to measure learning outcomes and translate insights into action.

  • Certification with assessments/360 tools (DiSC, MBTI, Hogan) preferred.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and survey tools (SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, JotForm).

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Adult Learning, Organizational Psychology, or related field.

  • 5+ years’ experience in L&D (program design, facilitation, leadership development).

  • Project management experience a plus.
