Job Overview

The Rehabilitation Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation therapy functions. This position is responsible for all aspects of rehab care and the supervision of PT and OT staff. Being a Rehabilitation Supervisor includes providing consultation to and monitoring the performance of the Rehabilitation staff. Will interact, coordinate, and facilitate activities with all disciplines, departments, and appropriate regulatory agencies. 

Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy (Doctorate in PT- Preferred) or in Occupational Therapy required.

  • Doctorate in OT–Preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in an area where a license is required.

  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a Healthcare environment is required.

  • A current license in Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy issued by the State of California Physical Therapy Board is required.

  • Geriatric experience (ex., Acute Care, Skilled Nursing) as required by CMS PACE regulations.

  • Experience in Interdisciplinary team environments is highly desirable.

  • A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.

Compensation

$111,216.27 - $139,020.34 annually
