Registered Nurse (RN) - Hemodialysis

PT Day Shift (Hours: 9 AM - 9:30 PM) includes 1 to 2 on-call shifts per month and every other Saturday.

ChristianaCare Hospital in Newark, DE, is looking for a part-time Registered Nurse for our Hemodialysis Unit. This position requires a commitment of two 12-hour shifts per week.

**Call Responsibility:** Candidates will be required to be at the hospital, set up, and ready to deliver treatment within one hour.

The Unit

The Hemodialysis Unit comprises 16 beds and focuses on providing care to patients of all ages with acute or chronic kidney-related diseases. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing each patient's needs and delivering appropriate care to address those needs.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Delaware RN licensure or be eligible for Compact State licensure.

• BSN or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of the hire date.

• **Call Responsibility:**  - Must be prepared to deliver a treatment within one hour.

• At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Hemodialysis is required.   

• BLS certification required

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
