About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and organized Licensed Nursing Assistant / Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. Under the supervision of designated supervisor and in collaboration with clinical staff, the LNA/MA plays a key role in delivering high-quality, safe, and efficient patient care. This position supports both clinical and administrative functions to ensure smooth patient flow and provider efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with patient care under the direction of providers, RNs, or LPNs.
Support daily clinical operations including room preparation, patient intake, and documentation.
Coordinate provider schedules and anticipate patient needs to maintain timely appointments.
Communicate effectively with patients and team members to enhance satisfaction and care quality.
Follow established workflows, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent care delivery.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Medical Assistant certification preferred Basic computer proficiency for clinical documentation and scheduling.
Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Pay Range:
$21.00 - $28.26The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
