This position is a key member of the HMFP project teams that are responsible for implementing major projects to change or enhance business practices, processes and systems for HMFP. Draws on a broad understanding of HMFP practices and policies and utilizes tools, techniques and methodology of professional project management fundamentals to meet the current and anticipated needs of the organization. This position will support projects such as Epic Readiness & Implementation, The BIDMC and DFCI Cancer Collaboration Project, No Surprises Act, etc. This position will also provide ad hoc support to HMFP Corporate's administrative projects.Job Description:

Social/Environmental Requirements:
Work requires close attention to detail for work to be accurately completed. Intermittent breaks during the work day do not compromise the work.
1. Work routine is fairly consistent, but employee needs to be able to use judgment to respond to events several times a week.

Pay Range:
$21.00 - $21.00The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
