Job Description:

Beth Israel Lahey Health Care Center Danvers, MA, conveniently located off Route 128 and Route 1. The center offers a wide range of specialty services and provides complete medical and day surgery services This location is the home to our world – class Lifestyle Management Institute. 

As an RN in this role, you will assume responsibility to lead our team in providing quality patient care.

The PACU nurse demonstrates advanced knowledge, skills and experience in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating post-operative surgical patient care. 

Is responsible for monitoring patient's physiological status in the immediate post-op environment.

Communicates with the surgeons and Anesthesiologists continuously, and as needed, about patient conditions receiving direction for patient management.

Acts as a role model to staff members.

Is able to effectively manage teamwork concept. 

Remains flexible in response to changes.

Performs all other duties as assigned  

Qualified candidates will be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and a current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license. Critical Care experience required Other requirements are BCLS, ACLS, & PALS. 

 

 

Pay Range:

$36.00 - $79.12

This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time.  The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
