Overview
Join the highly regarded Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, a 335-bed, UMass Chan-affiliated teaching hospital. We are recruiting a dedicated BC/BE Pulmonary and Critical Care Physician for a full-time position.
The Division
Large Team: 30 Physicians, 7 PCCM Fellows (including Interventional Pulmonary), and 15 Advanced Practice Providers.
Scope: Exceptional patient care across five hospitals and four outpatient practices.

The Role
You will join a 30-physician practice with primary responsibilities including:
Primary Location: Outpatient Pulmonary responsibilities at the Burlington campus.
Inpatient Duties: Participation in inpatient consultative services.
Critical Care: Rotation in one or more of the system's ICUs.

Candidate Qualifications (Must-Haves)
Successful completion (or in process of completing) an ACGME accredited Pulmonary/Critical Care Fellowship.
Board Certified (BC) in Internal Medicine.
Board Eligible (BE) or Board Certified (BC) in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine.
Ability to obtain medical licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Pay Range:
$300,000.00 USD - $350,000.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation may be determined based on several factors, that may include education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geography of work location, productivity, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include productivity and quality bonuses.
