Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintains scanning folders timely and accurately.
Monitors stat scanning to ensure availability in EHR within two hours of receipt.
Monitors and distributes faxes and mail throughout the day.
Monitors and files Batch (DISC Fax) documents through Epic, Allscripts, TouchChart.
Retrieves archive records via HITS or microfiche and scans to EHR.
Reconciles failed faxes in EHR.
Attends meetings as required. Approximately once a month.
Performs other duties as assigned.
