Work as a Retail Host at both SEA LIFE Michigan and Peppa Pig World of Play and help make every guest’s visit magical!

 

✨ About the Role

Do you have the magic to turn ordinary visits into unforgettable experiences? Do you love spreading smiles, laughter, and excitement wherever you go? If so, Team Merlin wants YOU!

We’re looking for fun-loving, energetic, and enthusiastic individuals to join our Guest Experience Team. As a part-time Retail Host, you’ll be at the heart of the action — helping guests explore, shop, and take home a piece of the magic while creating lifelong memories.

You’ll ensure guests have the best possible experience by connecting with them in a friendly, safe, and fun environment — all while being part of a team that creates smiles and joy every day.

 

🌟 Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, engaging, and enthusiastic service.

• Help guests find what they need and maximize retail opportunities with your fun, approachable attitude.

• Keep queues, retail displays, and public areas organized, tidy, and magical throughout the day.

• Assist in opening and closing procedures and ensure all areas are fully stocked and ready for guests.

• Follow all health, safety, and security policies, including COVID-19 regulations, to keep the environment safe for everyone.

• Bring your energy and passion to the team every day, making every guest’s visit special.

Qualifications & Experience

About You

• 6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
• Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
