We’re looking for an Asset Management Analyst to join our Principal Real Estate team. In this role, you’ll perform lease analysis, valuation modeling, cash flow analysis, development feasibility analysis, and reporting!
Principal Real Estate provides private equity asset management services for client portfolios. The Asset Management Group is actively involved in all stages of the investment life cycle including ground-up development or redevelopment, the acquisition and disposition process, and oversight of property management and leasing. Asset managers participate in developing the investment strategy and tactical plan for each property and have primary responsibility for its execution.

This role offers the ability for in-office or four days in-office and one day remote. You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
We’ll consider talent at the next level with the right experiences and skills. To be considered for the Senior Analyst, experience will require at least one but closer to at least three years of real estate experience. Management will determine level based on experience. The compensation range for an Analyst is $71,250-$95,950. A Senior Analyst is $86,450-$116,850.
