Summary

The Casino Host is responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to our VIP guests and loyal players. This role focuses on guest engagement, hospitality, and relationship-building to enhance player satisfaction and encourage return visits. The Casino Host serves as an on-property ambassador for WarHorse Gaming and ensures all service interactions align with our Mission, Vision, and Values.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet and engage VIP casino guests, providing top-tier service and assistance.

• Approve and monitor comps based on player activity following the approved comp matrix.

• Attend and participate in player events on and off property.

• Promote the benefits of the WarHorse Rewards program and assist with sign-ups and card replacements.

• Actively network to bring in new players and grow the player base.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing guests to encourage increased loyalty and visitation.

• Communicate with qualified players via phone or in person to promote events, offers, and promotions.

• Represent WarHorse Gaming at promotions, entertainment events, and community activities as needed.

• Achieve individual and departmental goals as assigned by leadership.

• Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

• Previous Casino Host experience or two (2) years of hospitality/guest service experience preferred.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent phone etiquette.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and player tracking systems.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to solve problems quickly and professionally.

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Some local or occasional travel may be required for events.
